Star Apple AKA Caimito is native to the Caribbean mostly and tropical America. Purple and white varieties come in all shapes and sizes. Sweet and soft flesh with the taste of a grape, fig and honeydew melon and with a added layer of gelatinous coconut like flesh around each seed. Truely an underrated fruit. Rarely seen grafted they or very precocious and Flower right away. Unfortunately they do not self pollinate very well, so you will need two different types of Star Apple varieties for them to Fruit.
